This policy explains in clear terms what information may be processed when you visit this portfolio and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Controller
Dani Oncins Roca, Geneva, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described in this policy. You can contact the controller at danioncinsroca@gmail.com.
2. Technical data and hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When the site is requested, Vercel may process technical information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, referrer and security or diagnostic data.
This information is processed to deliver the website, maintain its security and reliability, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems. Vercel operates global infrastructure, so information may be processed outside Switzerland under the safeguards used by the provider.
3. Browser preferences
The portfolio stores the selected language in local storage under “dor-language” and the feed sound preference in session storage under “feed-sound-enabled”. These values remain on your device and are used only to preserve the requested experience.
They are not used for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other websites.
4. Contact by email
The contact page prepares an email from the details you enter and opens your email application. The website does not transmit or store the form contents. Information you choose to send by email is processed to answer your enquiry, discuss a project, prepare an offer and retain necessary business correspondence.
Messages are kept only for as long as required for those purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
The portfolio does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or Vercel Web Analytics. The site itself does not set non-essential cookies.
If measurement or marketing tools are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
6. External websites
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other external websites take you to services controlled by third parties. Their own privacy notices apply once you leave this portfolio.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, delivery of data or objection to processing. Send requests to danioncinsroca@gmail.com.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
